So proud of Hyrum, he just earned 24 merit badges,
 eleven of which from one week at Scout Camp.

okay... honestly, it was a lot of flooding.  We flooded twice in one week and once when Jotham was out of town.  So grateful for good neighbors.  Shout out to Ross Olsen for being AMAZING!  That picture is just of the first day, the water kept coming for three more days and was about three feet deep in spots, thanks to a neglectful farmer next door (and a canal break the first time).  But on the plus side the kids declared that Fin.A.lly we had a fun yard.  All the neighbor kids came to play.

First Day of School 2014

I'm laughing (outloud in case you were wondering) because I just noticed that although Hyrum is going into eighth grade it looks like he still doesn't know how to count.  Ha, ha what a dork! Man I just gotta love him! Math is so not his strong suit!

The first bus arrived to take the oldest two off to school at 6:45 am, the sun hadn't even peaked.

The neighbors hosted a back to school breakfast for all the elementary school kids on the street.

 And this is a horrible picture of the best bus driver that ever drove a big yellow bus!
