The end of winter update

Hollie Celebrating 100 days of school

For Valentines, I took my sweetheart and the mini's to see Big Hero 6 in
Lewiston and then out to Caspers for ice cream.

We had so much fun night skiing, I debated whether or not I should brave the cold, dark hill alone with five kids, Jotham was out of town.  So glad I did, actually ran into some good friends and had a blast.  Hollie and Mark started out on the bunny hill but ended the night going up the lift by themselves, a pretty great night skiing until Mark decided he was good enough to try a jump and landed on his head.

Driving up the Canyon I was worried there wouldn't be enough snow, the ground was dry until just before we reached the summit.  Its been a strange winter, just the afternoon before we were flying kites in beautiful spring weather.

We celebrated Jordan's birthday this year by going out to a chinese/sushi restaurant.
This siblings only birthday luncheon is turning into one of my favorite family  traditions.

Hyrum was invited to sing with his school's honor choir and thoroughly
enjoyed spending a few days up at the university participating in the festival.

And this just makes me laugh, its his attempt at a
silent protest when I suggested we cut his hair.

And that about wraps up the end of winter...
