Temple Fork Sawmill

6.4 miles, 4 hours, 2 emotional breakdowns from Hollie, and 1 stinging nettle incident later and we walked off the trail a little worse for wear, but happy and sporting some interesting sunburns (apparently, I only  haphazardly applied sunscreen).

It was a beautiful hike that followed a small river full of beaver ponds.  The Saw Mill was a little disappointing, mostly just a pretty meadow with a plaque stating this was the location and it burnt down near the turn of the 19th century.  The kids all said we should have turned around at the beaver ponds.  Next time, next time...
