He took the girls on horses up the canyon for an overnighter,
and they couldn't have asked for a better time.
He likes to take cream in a jar, safely packed away in the saddle bags.
By the time they reach camp, its magically churned into fresh butter!
They get a fire going and make dinner.
and sleep in hammocks under the stars.
Hyrum also scored a ride with his Dad his summer.

Another big summer highlight for Jotham was another business trip to South Africa:
He froze on this trip. Its winter there, being the southern hemisphere and all,
and his host had booked a house for him to rent in a resort town by the golf course.
Which sounds all good and fine but there was no heat. None. 40 degrees, and no heat.
I'm not sure he warmed up the whole trip.
