Braces

This picture is making a liar out of me, I told her I wouldn't post it, but its just too fun not to.  Hopefully she'll forgive me.  This was part of their preparations for the braces

 Being the good mother I am, I made caramel apples for her the day before.

We didn't do after pictures, it was pretty traumatic for her, not being able to close her back teeth and all that.  It helped, a week later, when Hyrum went through the same painful ordeal and they could commiserate together.

 I'd considered getting braces too, but after watching the kids I'm beginning to think maybe I'll just make do.
