August Snipets

Hollie's been sporting a few new looks:

She spent her own money on a ticket to ride an elephant at the fair:

She also took ballroom dance lessons this summer with Mark, 

but refused to participate in the competition.

Mark really enjoyed summer lessons and I thought he was going to 

to do team this fall, but decided against it last minute.

My Mom treated all the girls to lunch and a local production of 

Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.  Not only was it an excellent production, 

it was just so fun to be with the girls.

Sometimes the Flash has a crash:

We found Hollie a Nintendo DS for a steal at the garage sells,

now that everybody has one, we've found them vegged out like this more than once. 

Jotham finally used to birthday packsaddle and went on an overnighter
with his Dad and Uncle Kent.  He said it was nice but kind a weird.
He's never been camping when he didn't have anybody but himself to take care of .
